Applications are invited for a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Digital Policy post within UCD School of Information and Communication Studies.

With generous support from Microsoft Ireland, UCD is establishing the Microsoft-UCD Digital Policy Programme to be hosted at UCD with the goal of building a digital policy capability in Ireland and Europe. The programme aims to fulfil the demand for digital policy knowledge and skills in the policy ecosystem, including the public service in Ireland and the wider European Union, with features that will fill this need in the short term, while also building a sustainable pipeline of skills for long-term impact. It will build on existing expertise and curriculum already offered at UCD, while also recruiting fresh talent to develop and oversee its success.

95 Lecturer/Assistant Professor 2010 Salary Scale: €52,848 to €83,090 per annum.

Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.

Closing date: 17:00hrs (local Irish time) on 24th May 2019.
