Grade 8: £41,526 - £49,553 per annum. Potential to progress to £55,750 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution.

With world-class facilities, ground-breaking research and cutting-edge thinking, we are seeking applications from ambitious, highly motivated and talented individuals who will be keen to play an active role in maintaining and enhancing the Management School’s international reputation for research, teaching excellence and innovation. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in at least one of the following areas Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Marketing in Society, Sustainable/ Social Responsible Marketing, Marketing Research, Global Marketing and Consumer Behaviour.
You will take a pro-active role in enhancing our reputation for high quality and innovative teaching and research. You should be capable of delivering (i) first class research that combines theoretical sophistication with practical relevance and impact, and (ii) an excellent student experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Additionally, as a Senior Lecturer you will also be responsible for generating income through research grants as well as initiating and leading substantial research programmes and developing a strong personal reputation and professional standing.
You will hold a PhD in a relevant area (or equivalent qualifications/experience), will have teaching experience, evidence of the ability to produce high quality research publications and preferably have experience of working in a research project team.
