Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate must possess a Ph.D. and postdoctoral experience in either Neo-Tropical Plant Systematics and Taxonomy, or Plant Ecology and Conservation.
Candidates should also possess:
Experience in postgraduate supervision; evidence of successfully bidding for competitive research funding; the ability to apply molecular techniques to systematic botany, phylogenetics, phylogeography, ecology or conservation; and Certification in University level teaching will be assets.
