This is an exciting opportunity for a enthusiastic and team-orientated professional to join the Executive MBA Programme team. The role will play a crucial part in course administration and event management of the EMBA College dinners, Orientation Week, Electives and graduation. The role holder will therefore interact with a diverse customer base of professional students, faculty, staff, university and external event services. As such, the programme assistant plays a central role in the high level of customer service necessary to maintain the excellent reputation of CJBS.
You will be a team player preferably with previous experience of working on small and large-scale events as. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload, multitask to meet deadlines set by multiple team members and have great attention to detail. You will enjoy using your initiative to problem solve, and be at ease with technology. Experience of working with a diverse customer base from various cultural backgrounds as well as excellent interpersonal skills will be also be required.
