The Accounting and Finance Group is now seeking to recruit a Senior Lecturer with appropriate experience to contribute to teaching and scholarship within the subject area of Financial Technology.
The successful applicant will provide leadership in pedagogy, course management, programme innovation, and practitioner-focused knowledge exchange. Candidates should be able to work with commercial partners and possess a strong business focus. An ability and willingness to develop electronic learning resources in Financial Technology is required. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate a successful teaching track record, as they will teach on undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes. Ability to guide and supervise students' independent learning is also an important requirement.
Candidates should also have excellent communication and managerial skills together with the ability, ideas and enthusiasm to create and deliver new modules and develop student experience. The School seeks excellence in all aspects of student experience and looks for individuals with a passion for innovative pedagogies and the capacity to create and deliver new and highly contemporary modules.
