We are seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious person to play a key role in our Student Hub Telephone Advisor Team.  Based within the Student Hub in Student & Academic Services, you will assist in providing telephone support and guidance to our students, staff and external agencies, delivering first class customer service whilst ensuring compliance with agreed service levels. 

Educated to A level or equivalent standard, you will ideally have some knowledge and experience of a HE telephone team setting and understanding of the support needs of students. You will have excellent communication and customer care skills and experience of planning and organising your work in a high pressured and fast-moving environment.
