You must be able to implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for Functional Maths, English, (Desirable ICT) monitoring and supporting the overall progress and development of students. Facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their potential and contribute to maximising student attainment. We are looking to recruit a creative and inspiring individual with sound knowledge of the characteristics of effective learning, teaching and assessment in the specialist subject area of Functional Skills. To join our ever growing, successful team at Park Lane Campus. The ideal candidate will be an experienced teacher with a passion for their curriculum area and current knowledge of the new reforms for the Functional Skills syllabus. Teamwork and collaboration is essential.
