We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Academic Quality team within Academic Services. This integrated team is responsible for the delivery of high quality support to Faculties and academic partners in the implementation of the University quality assurance framework.

You will have proven experience in setting clear objectives for staff in a team environment in which flexibility and adaptability are key to planning across a complex and varied portfolio. You will be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues across Faculties and other Professional Services and have excellent team working, communication, organisation and planning skills.

This post offers an opportunity for candidates who enjoy the flexibility and adaptability of working in a complex and busy team environment. You will utilise excellent team leadership skills to manage both team and individual performance, motivate staff and maintain high morale to deliver service excellence consistently to all BU stakeholders.
