About the role: As a Lecturer you will be responsible for student learning, progress and academic achievement. Of particular interest are experienced lecturers who have experience of teaching at Levels 4-7 in HRM & Leadership.  

What you’ll do:

Plan, prepare, teach/deliver modules and support student’s learning on a range of programmes and related subject areas

Provide guidance, support and tutorship for student groups and individuals as appropriate.

Meet partnership and internal quality assurance processes in relation to programmes

Develop and grow relationships with partnership organisations.

Carry out academic administration duties as required

Maintain personal and professional development in line with agreed appraisal and development programme in order to enhance personal knowledge and contribution to relevant activities. 

What you’ll bring:

Master’s degree or equivalent + Bachelors or equivalent – essential

HE Lecturer experience (levels 4-7) in HRM – essential

Doctorate (or close to completion) – desirable  

HEA Fellowship – highly desirable

PGCE or other teaching qualification – highly desirable

Experience teaching international students – desirable

Hourly Rate £50 inclusive of holiday pay
