A full-time administrative position has become available within the Faculty of Science & Technology. Working as part of a team dealing with all of the Faculty’s programmes of study, you will provide first class administrative support to a wide range of stakeholders. You will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills and be adept at constantly evaluating priorities.
Main tasks will encompass welcoming visitors to the Faculty Programme Support Office and providing first line support for Faculty staff and students, administrative support for induction, enrolment, student records, assessments/examinations and quality audit collection, and the maintenance of manual and IT-based office systems. As well as good administrative experience and an organised approach to work, you will be competent in the use of a variety of IT packages.
