The Oxford Centre for Staff and Learning Development (OCSLD) is looking for a committed and motivated Programme Coordinator. EXPLORE@Brookes is the continuing professional development framework for anyone on an academic or research contract at Brookes. It comprises tailored study routes for those in their First Three Years. For others, there is an on-going opportunity to access the EXPLORE@Brookes open offer.

You will work as part of the OCSLD administration team to provide comprehensive administrative support to the EXPLORE@Brookes CPD programme and wider HR Directorate with learning and development activities. The position would suit someone who is willing to develop and grow with the Programme and the OCSLD encourages continuing professional development in the role.

You will have:

  • significant demonstrable administrative experience.
  • experience of organising workshops.
  • excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
  • good IT skills and experience of operating centralised database management systems.
  • ability to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team.
  • a demonstrable track record of improving working practices.

The closing date for applications is Monday 27 September 2021 and interviews will be held on Tuesday 19 October 2021.
