We are seeking to appoint highly motivated Carpenters to join the Maintenance Services team, within Estates, offering a reactive service and maintaining all doors, windows, locks and the internal/external building fabric in University owned properties across all our campuses and sites. You will need the confidence and ability to fault find, install, maintain, repair and replace all associated fixtures and fittings. Our team operate a 36-hour working week and the successful candidates will also have the opportunity to join our on-call rota offering a 24/7 service to the University. The call out duty attracts a generous stand by allowance and overtime payments for all call outs.
