The primary aim of the post will be to give advice and guidance to applicants and enquiries on courses, course suitability, funding and accommodation.
The post is part of the Admissions team providing accessible, coherent, and intuitive help to applicants and enquiries whilst ensuring records are accurate. It is a central element in the University’s ongoing improvement of its applicant experience. The postholder will help to deliver an excellent experience for all applicants and enquiries to ICMP by providing friendly, efficient, and effective advice and support.
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer service based environment ideally in Higher Education. They will have strong IT and communications skills and they will be good at developing strong working relationships. They will be self-motivated and they will have a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
