We are seeking to appoint a highly regarded Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences to join the dynamic and vibrant School of Biomedical Sciences.
The School of Biomedical Sciences is situated within the College of Medical and Dental Sciences (MDS) facilitating close interdisciplinary working involving collaboration with colleagues in Medicine, Dentistry and the other institutes in MDS.
The successful candidates will make a substantial, key contribution to the portfolio of Biomedical Science taught programmes, focussing on the delivery of quality teaching and assessment across all years of the BSc and MSci courses as well the medicine (MBChB), pharmacy (MPharm) and dentistry (BDS) programmes in line with University frameworks. Experience in teaching physiology in addition to the full range of biomedical science disciplines to undergraduate students is essential with evidence of module design and leadership. In addition, evidence of scholarship in education and a track record in Biomedical research is highly desirable.

Applicants should have a background in delivering a high quality educational experience to Biomedical Science students and related disciplines. Those applying will possess a Biomedical related PhD and ideally scholarship in education and a track record in Biomedical research.
