About the Role:
The School of Allied Health is seeking a committed, motivated and experienced healthcare professional to join our established team and contribute to the development of practice learning for undergraduate paramedic students. This role will require regular travel and engagement with placement providers, mentors and students in a range of practice learning environments across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Hertfordshire. You’ll be expected to support the development of a positive learning experience for students and mentors together with the promotion of professionalism and professional values.
With a degree and registered as healthcare professional, you’ll have experience of teaching clinical skills and supporting students in practice and some experience of partnership working. You’ll have excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure is essential. You’ll also have a student centred approach to promoting professional practice and other health care standards.
