The scope of this role spans across the two new programmes, MSc Global Healthcare Management and the MBA Health programme. Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability or potential for high quality research and teaching. We are looking for a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management to work in a team to design and deliver postgraduate modules on MSc Global Healthcare Management programme as well as contribute to MBA Health and the executive education offerings. You will be a key contributor to our evolving research themes. You will make a dynamic and world-leading academic contribution to UCL’s interdisciplinary healthcare management education, research and engagement.
You will be required to hold a PhD in organisational behaviour/human resource management or a related field. We are looking for experience of teaching in higher education and knowledge of key debates in organisational behaviour/human resource management related to health and healthcare. You will have demonstrable experience of enterprise and engagement activities. You will be a natural communicator and a passionate team player with the willingness to contribute to the education, research and student experience profile of GBSH.
