The Opportunity:

This postdoctoral position will contribute to the FLF Grant 8452253 “New physics meets the Strong Force”. The research goals of this project include the calculation of hadronic D decay amplitudes and the development of methods for spectral function reconstruction with application to hadronic observables. The position is for two years with possible extension to three depending on funding constraints and the project direction. The calculations are to be performed, in part, using resources from the national supercomputing facility DiRAC.
