Senior College Services Administrator (Progression and University Placement Service)

Location: London Bridge, London

Hours: Full-time (25 days annual leave, plus public holidays)

Are you a good organiser with excellent customer service skills? Do you have good attention to detail, enjoy problem solving and developing new initiatives? Would you be excited to work in a dynamic and collaborative student facing environment? We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our friendly team.

About the role

You’ll be joining our dynamic and international College Services team where you will play a vital role in supporting KIC London students as they progress from college to one of our seven partner universities

Your main areas of responsibility will include: 

Responding to student queries regarding progression to university; arranging student/university engagement activities; making university applications; organising the College Results Days; producing and sharing data documents and working along-side colleagues for key events such as Welcome Week.

About you

Preferably a university graduate, you will have good experience working in a customer/student facing role. You will be organised and will be confident using Microsoft packages to record data and manage reports/schedules.
