Working as part of a small team comprising trades personnel and general maintenance operatives, you will be based in Queen’s Lane, Oxford but with the variety of working at any of our other properties in North and East Oxford when required.

The General Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the College buildings, some of which are of historic significance, are maintained to the highest of standards. It is important that the successful candidate is comfortable both working in a team and be self-motivated when working alone.

Previous experience in general aspects of maintenance, fault-finding and repair works are essential together with an awareness of health and safety regulations.
