The UCL School of Management’s team of Receptionist and Facilities Administrators will provide both a reception and facilities management service at Level 38 and Level 50 of One Canada Square and administrative support to School staff. In addition to ensuring a professional and welcoming front of house service to students, staff and visitors, they will be responsible for managing facilities issues, monitoring room bookings, supporting the Executive Assistants and logistical support for events.
The post holder must have good general education to at least A-level standard or equivalent professional experience. In addition, the post holder will be expected to have good interpersonal skills which enable them to communicate tactfully and sensitively with others, both orally and in writing and knowledge of fire safety, health and safety regulations and facilities management issues.
