The University College of Osteopathy (UCO) is a small, specialist provider of healthcare education based in London, with an ambition to be the institution of choice for students interested in a career in healthcare, regardless of their background.
As Student Recruitment Officer you will work as part of a small team to promote the UCO as a higher education destination for students from across the UK and beyond. You will work closely with other members of the team and colleagues from across the institution to develop and deliver engaging campaigns, events and communications to aid student recruitment, and will support potential students throughout their applicant journey, providing information, guidance and opportunities for them to engage with the UCO.
You will also support the interview process and the transition to enrolment and provide valuable insight into the needs of applicants to enhance the application experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a student recruitment or admissions role, excellent communication and organisational skills, and an approachable and helpful manner.

The role is offered as 0.5 FTE. Working patten can be discussed but ideally some working hours should fall on a Thursday and Friday. Occasional flexible working may be required to support recruitment and admissions activity on weekends and evenings.
The role may also be combined with the position of Outreach Officer (0.5FTE) currently advertised.
