You will have the responsibility for delivering the in-house culinary operation within designated kitchens at the University of Exeter’s Streatham or St Luke’s Campuses.
We are looking for a commercially driven, innovative and motivated Sous Chef with a clear passion for food to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will have experience of supervising a culinary operation across a wide range of catering styles from banqueting to fine dining.
Working 36.5 hours per week for any 5 days out of 7 this role will require some evenings and weekend working.
Having qualifications in NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 in food preparation & cooking (or relevant experience), food safety and health and safety would be advantageous, you will have a flexible approach to working hours and practises, as well as having good communication skills.
