The Psychology Department at Nottingham Trent University is seeking additional lecturers in psychology to further strengthen our research and to meet the demands of new course provision and increased student numbers in our undergraduate, MSc and doctoral programmes.
We are the largest provider of full-time undergraduate degrees in psychology in the UK. Our NSS scores for overall satisfaction have been above 90% for eight of the last nine years.
You are a committed researcher with a growing track record and demonstrable capabilities. You value collaboration within and across disciplines and have emerging experience in translating research into practice. You have a growing record of academic and non-academic outputs. You will be joining the Work, Well-being and Performance research group and our network of partners in research, education, and practice. You will have an opportunity to contribute to our growing teaching portfolio in occupational psychology and contribute with your experience in UG, PG, and potentially professional teaching.
You should be an enthusiastic teacher with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting students' development at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Mentoring and support for development in both teaching and research will be provided to appointees appropriate to their level of experience.
