We are looking for a creative, proactive and confident individual to take up the role of Student Recruitment & Events Co-ordinator, on a permanent basis, in our student recruitment team based in the south of England. This role is pivotal in providing quality support to the student recruitment team based in the south of England, to contribute to increasing the number and quality of applications from target schools in line with the University’s recruitment strategy. You will co-ordinate, and on occasion deliver, a range of virtual and face-to-face activities for prospective students, parents/carers and teachers and advisors. You will also develop new, impactful recruitment and conversion and marketing initiatives to help Lancaster stand out in a crowded market place. Experience in devising and delivering social media content and knowledge of brand communications is desirable.
Educated to degree level, you should have some knowledge of the Higher Education decision making process, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to devise and manage projects. You will need to be based in London or the Home Counties and be able to work from home. You will also be required to work with other south team colleagues from shared office space in central London as and when required. You must be willing to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as the role includes travel across the UK and occasionally Europe.
