UCA have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the dynamic and innovative Student Records & Systems team on a temporary 12 month contract until July 2023.

The team has overall responsibility for the student record and student record database.  We are a busy team who work with other key departments within the university to support processes relating to the student journey from enrolment through to graduation and advise on how those processes can be improved through the use and development of our student systems.

As the Team Administrator - Enrolment you will assist the Student Records & Systems team in such day-to-day enrolment related tasks as reviewing and updating data within the student record system, creating and issuing correspondence through the University’s student records system and the resolution of queries and errors related to enrolment, student records and immigration compliance.  You will also be required to assist at the University graduation ceremonies.
