We are recruiting two permanent posts within the Plant-Soil Interactions Group at UKCEH Lancaster. These technical roles will contribute to a range of net zero focussed projects, regarding the mitigation and removal of agricultural greenhouse gases (GHG’s) from UK and international land use.
The work ranges from field surveys to more mechanistic experiments in the field and laboratory. Staff development for these roles will be through the 2-year UKCEH Research Associate training programme. This offers the opportunity for additional training and skill development related to the role. The training runs in parallel with the delivery of work.
