Are you a highly motivated and effective individual with experience of building, developing and supporting a thriving research culture? Are you passionate about supporting and increasing Research and Innovation Grant activity? Do you have experience of developing successful funding applications?

If so, we would welcome your application to the role of Research and Innovation Manager within Kent Business School. The role involves providing significant support to funding bids, managing research and innovation processes and fostering support of high quality outputs. 

The Research and Innovation Manager will:

•   Work with the academic community to influence and drive REF and KEF exercise preparation and submission
•   Monitor and contribute to the achievement of the Division’s research and innovation KPIs
•   Oversee all pre- and post-award administration for research and innovation awards
