Applications are invited for a Guaranteed Hours (GH) contract as a tutor for the course Landscape Design for Health and Wellbeing.
We are looking for applications from individuals experienced in a range of design approaches for making the landscape better for human health and wellbeing at a range of spatial scales to assist in tutoring this course which forms part of the MSc in Landscape and Wellbeing.
Applicants should be familiar with landscape analysis and design techniques for capturing the relationship between people and the landscape and for creative design to improve it. The course includes a range of theories and site visits to exemplars of landscapes at different scales which offer specific benefits for health and wellbeing and features a design project which comprises group work of site analysis and an individual design element based around the concept of “urban acupuncture”.
