What You’ll Be Doing as an Assessment Officer:
Working as part of the Assessments team you will provide an excellent standard of customer service and assist with the smooth operations of the department ensuring effective and high-quality administration is provided to students and staff across all programmes and online/digital platforms.
Dealing with enquiries from students and staff, ensuring accurate and professional responses at all times in line with policies and procedures of the University and administer the policies to advise staff and students accordingly.
You will be required to promote and sustain a constructive, supportive, and friendly working relationship with all customers, external and internal immediate and senior management and other work colleagues.
