Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will lead on the coordination and administration of scholarships and sponsored student funding for the University. Responsibilities include managing the student scholarship award processes, preparing impact and evaluation reports, collaborating and communicating with students, agents and sponsors, funding bodies and senior internal staff. 
 
This role is essential for both delivery and recovery as it supports the ambitious drive by the University to increase our global footprint, broadening access to an Oxford Brookes education worldwide, and further enhancing our reputation as a truly international University. The largest portfolios that this role currently administers are the International Student Scholarship and the EU Student Support Scholarship. 
 
The role sits within the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement directorate which makes a measurable difference to the experience of staff, prospective students, students and alumni. The directorate is confident and ambitious, applying professional skills and expertise to make every contact count and to make a valued contribution to the University’s objectives. 
 
The Team is based in our recently refurbished offices on our Headington Campus. The agile workspace is designed to offer various styles of working, such as collaborative spaces, Hybrid meeting spaces, individual workstations and a more relaxed setting of comfy sofas. Which means that you will be working in our recently refurbished office on our Headington Campus for approximately two days a week and working from home for the remainder.
