The new Travel and Expenses department is one of the first new centralised teams and this is a great opportunity to play a leading role in the university’s transformation.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be heading up the new Travel and Expenses team that supports staff, students and visitors with their travel arrangements and processes expense claims ensuring customer service, efficiency, compliance with university policies and timeliness. As well as leading the team, supporting day-to-day activities, staff development and wellbeing, you will help develop new processes and maximise the benefits of the new system.
You’ll work closely with customers to ensure the service meets their requirements whilst promoting the adoption of new ways of working, and collaborate with Procurement, managing the relationship and performance with key suppliers.

Salary: £43,434 - £50,296 per annum (Grade 7)
