With a mission to transform lives through knowledge, it delivers high quality academic programmes, brings benefits to society through its research in the humanities and social sciences, and leverages intellectual connections through public engagement.

The Role

University of London Worldwide is seeking to appoint two Learning Enhancement Coordinators within its newly formed Student Life Team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your digital, communication and analytical skills to engage with a worldwide community of 45,000 online distance and flexible learning students.

The Student Life Team sits within the Online Education Directorate and its purpose is to help students succeed in their studies at the University of London, improving student outcomes and maximising the advantages they derive from their time with us.

These roles involve the development of initiatives and services ensuring that all students have access to an array of resources to help them through their studies, achieving the outcomes of which they are capable. These include digital resources, workshops, Bootcamps, webinars, peer support schemes, aiding self-service student support through digital innovation, self-diagnostic tools to determine student needs, and interactive inductions and orientations.
