The marketing team communicates the value of RCN membership using business intelligence and research and works to improve member recruitment and retention throughout the UK.

In this new role, you’ll support the marketing team to achieve objectives by developing and delivering activities exclusively to recruit and retain student members, who are the future of nursing.

You’ll use your experience and knowledge of the broad range of online and offline marketing tactics to support the Senior Marketing Executive in delivering their marketing plan.
