About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a Recruitment and Marketing Officer who will work closely with the Central International Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions teams, in support of the Institute’s recruitment strategy.

About You

You should hold a first degree or equivalent qualification or relevant experience. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in higher education admissions, knowledge of promotional, marketing and promotional material. Also, essential experience of using large database and a virtual learning environment (ideally SITS or an alternative student record database).

The Institute of Dentistry has been conducting internationally recognised research in oral and dental sciences in Whitechapel for more than a century and is the top rated UK Dental School for quality of dental research, as assessed in the 2014 Research Excellence Framework. It has a long and proud history of providing internationally renowned taught programmes and currently offers 2 undergraduate programmes and 14 postgraduate taught programmes, with a combined cohort of c500 students. In 2014 we opened the first new dental school and hospital in the UK for 40 years, the stunning £78m Royal London Dental Hospital, incorporating some of the most technologically advanced dental facilities in the country.

The post is based at the Whitechapel Campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week), indefinite contract. The starting salary will be Grade 4, in the range of £35,775 - £42,021 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
