An exciting opportunity has risen for a Climbing Duty Manager to lead the team responsible for providing climbing facilities and activities which are a fundamental part of day-to-day business within Surrey Sports Park Ltd (SSPL).
You will provide coaching to all users of Surrey Summit through our extensive offering and setting the standard of delivery for Duty Officers and Climbing Instructors. You will also be reporting information where required to the Sport & Fitness Delivery Manager to ensure utilisation of sessions and financial targets are achieved. You will also be working closely with NGBs and partners that SSP has chosen to work with and lead on maintaining industry standards and best practices.
