We are looking for a candidate with an enthusiastic and can-do approach to help answer the crucial strategic questions at the University of East London. The ideal candidate does not require experience in Strategic Planning and will thrive in being a key advisor to School Deans about their portfolios and relish investigating quantitative and qualitative information sources. In addition to supporting our academic Schools, you will be guiding senior leaders across the institution and assist the university in realising Vision 2028.
The role provides an individual a chance to develop their Higher Education career working with a team that has broad previous experience including: Quality Assurance, Timetabling, IT, and Lecturing. As a result, we welcome candidates who do not have direct Strategic Planning nor have advanced IT technical capabilities but hold the transferable skills to succeed.
As Strategic Planning Manager, you will be working in the Planning, Performance and Evaluation team within the Strategic Planning department. The role will provides extensive opportunities to develop skills in a variety of activities, including: policy insight, data analysis, business intelligence, horizon scanning, and research.
