As an integral part of its growth strategy, the School has initiated a plan to earn accreditation from the main international accrediting agencies in the coming years.
The Business School is seeking to appoint a lecturer/senior lecturer in Management (Teaching and Scholarship). We welcome applications from all areas of management, including applicants with an interest in entrepreneurship, data analytics, operations, and supply chain management.
We look to appoint academics who understand and have experience of delivering teaching to and assessing international students at the undergraduate and postgraduate level including Senior Executives, both face-to-face and online. We are seeking to appoint individuals who are ready to join an ambitious school and take on responsibility for a growing curriculum as well as conduct impactful high-quality research.
As a lecturer/senior in Management, the person in this post will teach on a broad range of lectures and tutorials and undertake administrative duties as necessary. The person will also engage with scholarship outputs and delivery of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Experience in Higher Education teaching and evidence of potential for research excellence are important requirements. Those who have not yet completed their PhD must be close to submission and/or awaiting their Viva.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 7, £43,414 - £51,805 per annum or Grade 8, £54,949 - £61,823 with placement according to qualifications and experience.
Appointments made will be subject to satisfactory references and applicable probation period.
This role is based in the UK and as such the successful candidate will be required to live and work in the UK.
