About the role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Education Coordinator (Research) who will take overall responsibility for the coordination of all education-related processes within their portfolio of PGR programmes.
This is an exciting new role to coordinate all tasks relating to PGR student administration, from enquiry to completion, including supporting committees and processes relating to student records. Working closely with PGR students, you will advise and assist them about all aspects of research student administration and ensure research supervision staff are kept informed about updates to policies, procedures, and regulations.
You will be part of a growing department, ensuring a high-quality student experience on all PGR programmes, from enquiry, to application and registration, through to completion of study.
About you
You will have a proven track record of working with a variety of people, including the ability to relate to staff and students in a teaching and learning context, preferably within a business school or higher education environment. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads in a fast-paced work environment.
