UPP has forged a powerful reputation for driving innovative, student-led approaches to campus accommodation and we work closely with our university partners, offering bespoke, end to end expertise and support for the lettings process to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue each year.
We are looking for a Revenue and Partnerships Manager to lead the North and Midlands region (15,000 bedrooms) to success by driving team sales activity with a key focus of maximising occupancy levels and delivering the term-time and commercial/vacation revenue targets throughout the year.
By having regular engagement with 7 of our universities partners you will effectively assist in their accommodation booking process and have full sales accountability for your region, producing executive level reporting on a regular basis.
This role is based in our award winning London head office located near Cannon Street & London Bridge stations, with frequent travel to our Nottingham office and university campuses across the North and Midlands area.
We are looking for you to have a background in delivering sales, lettings and/or associated revenue generation activity along with:
