Catering & Hospitality Assistants play an important role in the UEA’s ‘The Campus Kitchen’, in providing effective support, to the highest standard, in the operation of food service throughout the day. Working in any of our 13 outlets and busy delivered hospitality department, our Catering & Hospitality Assistants assist with preparation and service of food and drinks, assisting with outlet and hospitality deliveries, keeping our outlets clean and tidy, and assisting at a variety of functions and events. If you are keen to work in UEA’s busy catering outlets, then this role could be perfect for you!
Is this role for me?
You will demonstrate the ability to manage your time effectively within a fast-paced environment; consistently demonstrate good customer service; display a positive attitude and have a willingness to help your team. Previous experience of working in a hospitality environment with some barista training or experience is preferred, but not essential. You will be required to work any 5 in 7 days.
