The Learning and Development team are part of the Organisation Development function at the University whose aim is to work with integrity to ensure that all staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work effectively as well as feeling motivated in their roles and engaged with the wider purpose of the organisation.
You will support the team by taking care of setting up the training courses, confirming attendees, booking meeting rooms, catering, and car parking, circulating materials for the programmes/courses, ensuring evaluations are completed, learning completion reporting and updating communications on our intranet.
Your CV will demonstrate you have experience of working in administration and/or a customer service focused role, along with proficient Microsoft Office and communication skills.
