The role
The University of Bristol are looking to appoint a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Support Assistant.
Based within Home Recruitment and Conversion in External Relations, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the University’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.
What will you be doing?
You will work closely with members of the CRM team, providing systems support in delivering a professional suite of applicant and enquirer communications supporting student recruitment.
You will be responsible for maintaining the MS Dynamics CRM system, importing and exporting data, and any necessary troubleshooting.
You will work with members of the wider Home Recruitment and Conversion team to provide systems and data support for various projects.

We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, has great attention to detail, and experience in working with data. Problem solving skills are essential, as are organisation skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to a variety of users.
