The Role:

We are recruiting a Digital Performance Analyst to support the development of a performance measurement framework to drive the digital direction of the group. You will be working alongside the Campaigns, Brand and Insights team and will be the go-to person for the web analytics and insight for the Groups websites and digital campaigns, providing user insight for portfolio development.

You will support the delivery of user centred research through a range of research methods including but not limited to lab and field based usability testing, interviews and surveys. Using your experience, you will also provide recommendations to broader marketing teams and subject matter experts on improvements to websites, content, portfolio and the user journey.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Experience as a digital/web analyst with experience of using web analytics tools to generate key performance reporting and actionable insight.
  • Experience of driving data driven decision making across web and digital teams and the wider organisation.
  • Google Analytics experience and usage to an advanced level.
  • Experience of carrying out user research activities to improve user journeys and campaigns.
  • Experience of taking complex information and using it to communicate clear recommendations for improvement.
