We are looking to appoint an exceptional person to join the Vice-Chancellor’s office at St George’s, University of London as the Administrative Assistant in a part time capacity. This role provides PA and administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor’s office and Directors of Professional Services and supports a number of the college wide processes and procedures. The Vice-Chancellor’s office works closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders in support of the work and goals of St George’s, University of London. The members of the office support team work closely in all areas, supporting each other each other as required, so a proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities will be essential.
This is a varied, interesting and challenging role and the right person will need to have excellent IT, time management and organizational skills, be a good communicator with proven experience of providing executive level PA support and of being an effective member of a very busy team. Attention to detail, accuracy and a high standard in both written and oral communications are all essential requirements for the role, as is the ability to demonstrate total confidentiality.
