About you (requirements)
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who is an excellent relationship builder and has the ability to think creatively to deliver projects. You will be an excellent negotiator, influencer and organiser with highly developed communication and data analysis skills.
You should have a genuine interest in learning and student career development, knowledge of the process of learning and skill development, in particular reflective practice and the benefits to self-awareness. Ideally you will be a self-starter who is able to work with low levels of supervision but knows when to seek assistance with a desire to work as a member of a multi-skilled team, able to both lead and coordinate areas of work and contribute to other projects.
About us
Bath Spa University is focused on creative enterprise and guided by our four values of respect, inclusivity, collaboration and sustainability. We teach around 8,000 students on a set of campuses around Bath, with most being located at Newton Park, including a listed Georgian house and grounds, or Locksbrook Road, our new city-centre art and design campus.
