Applications are invited for a post as a Senior Lecturer or a Senior Teaching Fellow in the area of either Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice. Applicants must have a first degree in pharmacy and current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist. For the Senior Teaching Fellowship, applicants must be a Senior Fellow of Advance HE. For the Senior Lectureship, applicants must possess a doctorate in a relevant academic discipline.
The successful applicant will lead, develop, and enhance aspects of the teaching and scholarly activities of the school, with a focus on the practice of pharmacy in all near-patient settings. For the Senior Lectureship, they will also have an established research profile, at least at the national level, in the area of clinical pharmacy or pharmacy practice.
The successful applicant will also develop links with our external partners across all sectors of pharmacy and healthcare to advance the clinical capabilities of our students and to support our students in the development of their professional identities.
