JBS Executive Education Limited (JBSEEL) is part of the Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) and a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Cambridge. Executive Education provides world-class education programmes that deliver real world impact and comprise a portfolio of open programmes (courses) and a substantial suite of custom programmes, with formats of delivery that range from live-online to asynchronous online, and in-person.
We are currently in an exciting new era of growth and development at JBSEEL, ushered in by our new JBSEEL Director. Our strategy is focused on achieving Cambridge’s mission and impact in the world, as well as meeting increasing market demands for scaled, innovative, immersive and digital learning. We are increasing the scale and size of our clients, innovating in digital learning, growing our capability for the future, and enhancing our operating model and partnerships. We are growing rapidly and significantly in some of the Business School’s most important and meaningful areas of research, including Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), Strategy and Competitiveness and Alternative Finance.
To support our growth, we are seeking to appoint a full-time, permanent Programme Manager for the Open Programmes Team. The role holder is responsible for the detailed end-to-end project management and on-site, online or live online delivery of a range of programmes for senior executives from local, national and global organisations. These programmes range from highly interactive short courses through to longer, more complex programmes and occasionally events for several hundred participants.
This role would suit an experienced events or project management professional ideally with solid and formal project management skills. In return, we offer a competitive salary and with annual bonus and generous annual leave. Flexible working arrangements such as working a proportion of time from home are available.
To apply for this role, please submit your CV and cover letter explaining how your skills and experience would equip you for this role to Elle McGregor, HR Administrator: e.mcgregor@jbs.cam.ac.uk.
The closing date for receipt of applications is Sunday 5 February 2023.
