The Centre for Cultural Policy Research (CCPR) at the University of Glasgow is seeking to appoint a Research Associate (RA) with expertise in television and media industries and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques to support an Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC) project on ‘Public Service Media (PSM) and the Digital Challenge: Purpose, Value and Funding’ led by Professor Gillian Doyle (PI) and Professor Raymond Boyle (Co-I).
Specifically, this full-time post requires expert knowledge relevant to analysis of the purpose, value and funding of organizational entities in television, audiovisual, PSM and other public infrastructural sectors. The successful candidate will conduct research on, provide administrative support and help the ongoing development of this three-year project which starts on 1 July 2023.
