About the role
The role is responsible for the day-to-day financial operation within the department, administering finance and staffing transactions using MyFinance, MyHR, Worktribe, and various other systems. The post holder will ensure a high quality and timely service to staff and students and will play a key role supporting research administration processes and practices.
About you
Applicants should be educated to A Level (Minimum of 2 at grade C or above), or equivalent, or! having a cquired relevant skills in Finance or Accountancy. The post-holder must have a high level of numeracy, with the ability to understand and interpret figures and statistics, and undertake standard calculations such as VAT. The post-holder must have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other electronic finance systems (preferably Oracle).
