The Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International is recruiting a Senior International Marketing Officer to support the University’s aims for growth in international student numbers.
The Senior International Marketing Officer will join our growing International team and will be responsible for developing integrated cross channel marketing strategies to attract growing numbers of international students to the Ipswich campus. You will help to raise the profile of the University’s brand proposition among audiences such as prospective students and their influencers, overseas schools, and student recruitment agents with the aim to increase the number of prospective student leads and ultimately enrolments to programmes at the Ipswich campus.
About you
The successful candidate will be forward-thinking and able to work collaboratively within a high-performing team as well as independently and autonomously to agreed deadlines. Project work will form an important part of this role; therefore, you will have best-in-class organisation and time management skills.
You will have experience working in a marketing role and understand the importance of developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as academic colleagues, the University’s central marketing team and advertising agencies.
You will deliver evidenced based, high impact marketing strategies and associated campaigns in key overseas markets to raise the profile of the University. You will have an excellent understanding of key audiences derived through market research and insights to deliver excellent return on investment from marketing campaigns.
